Hi Scott,

Thank you for your comment. These drops are safe to use because they are preservative-free. You should contact your optometrist to see if they recommend it for you. Usually for neuropathic corneal pain, autologous serum or platelet rich plasma is indicated. I would recommend speaking to your eye doctor about these advanced treatments and perhaps scleral lenses as well.

Are these drops safe to use, do people ever have bad reactions and what are the reviews? Has it helped anyone with neuropathic corneal pain and tired eyes?
